Pegah and her team are excellent. Their service is friendly and efficient. I see Emily the hygenist, Pregah and Michele for specialist treatments. They always explain the treatment in detail and fully involve you in treatment discussions and decisions. Their service is so good and personalized that when I moved to Shoreham-by Sea in West Sussex I decided to keep Pegah as my dentist as I striuggled to find any dentist Local that was anywhere near as knowledgeable and good.

Pegah MY Master of Clinical Dentistry has looked after my teeth since 2010 and in the last year has further excelled in her professionalism in consultation and treatment with me. I highly recommend her superb service especially because I experienced virtually no pain at all after my recent root canal treatment which many work colleagues shared their horror stories about prior to my treatment. My partner and I have been going to N13 Dental Clinic for around the last 5 years. We have even moved out of the area but still have them as our dentist. My dental hygiene has never been as good as it is since I started going to N13 Dental Clinic. Pegah is a lovely dentist and is very good at encouraging good dental hygiene and practices. She is very professional and it is clear that she stays abreast of the latest developments and technologies in the industry. Even when treatment is painful, she is understanding and supportive. Emily, the dental hygienist, is one of the best that we have ever had and is always very considerate to my sensitive teeth. Maggie and other reception staff are lovely and always friendly and helpful. I would strongly recommend a visit to this practice.

Myself and my young daughter have attended this Dental Practice for many years. We are always treated with calm professionalism from the booking process to the treatment couch. I have been attending N13 Dental Clinic for a few years now and I am always greeted by very friendly staff. They are every professional and really care about the patients.

As a patient at the surgery for a number of years I can’t recommend this dental practice highly enough. I found the reception staff to be most welcoming, approachable, and professional. The dentist and nurse work well together, you feel instantly at ease with them. The dental surgery has a very friendly “customer service”. The appointment system is brilliant, always very accommodating with times. A reminder SMS is sent the working day beforehand. I also receive a call confirming appointment. The dentist in my view is excellent – she excels in reassuring the patient and gives excellent service, explains what she is doing every step of the way. I would have no hesitation in recommending N13 dental surgery if you want first class and professional dental care.

I’m not sure that anyone has ever looked forward to a visit to the dentist, but Pegah comes as close to making that the case as is possible. She is so caring, friendly and professional that you couldn’t ask for more – and she has all the latest tech to back her up. I couldn’t recommend the practice more highly. It’s certainly worth travelling all the way from Forest Hill.

When you’re a coward at the dentist but have an emergency situation, you need to be able to completely trust your dentist. I’m lucky – I do have a dentist I can trust. My dentist, Pegah, at N13 Dental Clinic is so calm and reassuring that, even in a tricky situation, I felt I could relax a bit in the dentists’ chair! I send a huge thank you to the dentist and their assistant, Ayaam, for the quick, efficient and calm way they dealt with me. I have tried other dentists but have never felt so reassured. I recently completed a course of treatment at N13 Dental Clinic. All aspects of my care were commendable.

This is simply the friendliest and most professional dental surgery I have ever been in. Although I am not worried by the prospect of a visit to the dentist a visit here is a relaxing affair and you’re put at ease from the moment you make your appointment to being welcomed by Maggie and Mahmood and then Dr Pegah talking you through her plan of action. Her professional support staff glide while she quickly sets to work with the minimum of fuss. I have had two significant pieces of work conducted here and on both occasions (as with all check-ups) felt entirely cared for. It isn’t possible for me to recommend N13 any higher.

Just wanted to leave a word of praise for the practice. Absolutely first class and professional service received from Danka the hygienist in treating me. Really happy with the results so far and her approach which put me at ease. Would highly recommend both Danka and the practice as a whole, a clean and welcoming environment so different to the usual sterile dentist waiting room with posters from the 90\’s. All staff I have met there are warm, smiling and seem to genuinely care about the customer journey. Keep up the good work folks.

I have just registered with your clinic and would like to say thank you for the pleasant experience i’ve had on my first appointment. The staff are friendly and helpful and at the same time professional and the clinic itself is very clean and modern. I had my appointment booked with Dr Pegah and all i can say is that she took her time to check all the problems with my teeth and gave me some good advice on how to take care of my gums and teeth and she has also thoroughly explained my treatment plan and the options. I would definitely recommend the clinic to anyone who is looking for a friendly and at the same time professional environment and i look forward to my next visit.

Dr Pegah made an extra effort to calm me down as I was very nervous and she was extremely patient with me. I felt comfortable and confident in her hands and will go back to her for future treatments. I was recommended to clinic by the nurse at my doctors clinic. Having gone to a couple of other dentists, who I found less than professional and welcoming, I want to say how warm, pleasant and professional the service is at N13 Dental Clinic, from the receptionist through to the dentist. I joined the N13 Dental Clinic as a patient after witnessing the fantastic care my mother was receiving. Since starting my own treatment, I have been very happy with the service. The staff are very professional and courteous. I recommend them to anyone looking for a first class dentist.

We always seem to see letters about a grievance and rarely praise for a job well done. Maybe people think it is unnecessary – which is why I write to say thank you for a job well done. I feel I have been looked after so well at your dental surgery and the treatment I receive is always with my best interests in mind. If I buy anything these days I look up on the computer the comments received and the marks out of 5. I just want to register my marks out of 5 for your dental practice. It is a 5 out of 5. The treatment I have received has been excellent. The surgery is spotlessly clean. The reception area bright, clean, welcoming and the greeting received at the reception desk is the same. Nothing seems to be too much trouble. My appointments run to time and if I ever did have to wait, I know it would be because there is an emergency and, if it happened sometime that I am the emergency, I would be fitted in if humanly possible. Just wanted to share that with you.

As a young man of 86 I have been coming to the N13 Dental Clinic site for many, many years (as did my lovely wife) and I must say that throughout the years the treatment was always good………..yet now I have to say the the treatment provided by your Clinic is EXCELLENT and in my book nothing can be better than excellent. As a point of fact I have always been treated by Pegah and she has had some pretty intricate and difficult treatment to do for me. But nevertheless I must say it has always been virtually painless and carried out in such a way as to make me feel fortunate in everyway for visiting N13 Clinic.. Furthermore may I tell you that all your staff are very pleasant and helpful in all respects -……..how wonderful to actually look forward to a visit to the dentist!!! …..Thank you.
